TERAS PADU SECURITY SDN. BHD. (TPS) was solely established as a company, incorporated and registered under Company Act 1965, Private Limited Company on 15th February 2002. Under this Act, the company is empowered to provide various comprehensive and totally reliable security services in Malaysia. However, this company is specializing in commercial industrial and residential security services and investigative undertaking. TPS had successfully obtained an official license from the Ministry of Home Affairs Malaysia on 4th January 2005 under the Private Agency Act 27/71, to operate security services and private investigation set-up as core business.
Under this official license, TPS is now eligible to enter into business dealing with various clients (company) for security services, ranging from the provision of static unarmed guards to private investigations anywhere in Malaysia. It is TPS maiden policy that our clients will get our total commitment of security services, at the rate very competitive in the present market trends. Our security staffs are highly reliable and continuously trained to meet the present security demands.
From its humble beginning and inception, TPS had already inspired to advance “Humanity-through-business” in a meaningful and sustainable manner. By this factor, we would undertake to return the positive value it has created and share the benefits, experiences and knowledge gained from the success of the business with our clients, wherever we operate. Subsequently, TPS should be able to deliver the total reliability of services to our clients on constant basis.
TPS is a hundred percent (100%) Bumiputera Company started by military officers. Its board member comprised of a mix between ex-military officers and senior corporate figures, with years of good working experience, the company will be able to meet the present security demands and challenges of the future.
