TERAS PADU SECURITY is organized into two main divisions:

THE MANAGEMENT DIVISION

This division is being staffed by a pool of knowledgeable and experienced board members comprising of retired military officers and senior corporate executives with several years of working experience in their respective organizations. They are to provide proper leadership, planning and good management procedures to the company and to enable it to become one of the best providers of security services in Malaysia. With their varied and a good mix of knowledge and experience of the Management Division, this company is able to positively propel through the present competitive security market and the future challenges. In order to be consistent with changing market trends, the company will also have to review its policies and modus operandi consistently. In the same token, the company will also establish a close working relationship with local Police HQs, the military and other government’s security agencies, acting as “its eyes and ears” , providing them with the supports required in dealing with our security threats locally and nationally.

THE GUARD DIVISION

This division comprises of personal retired from military, police or other security organizations. In short, they are professional, knowledgeable and experienced workers. In-addition, the company has also instituted strict recruiting prerequisites of all personnel that they will have to undergo thorough vetting procedures uphold discipline, continuous training an upgrading courses. All these steps taken are to ensure that only positively vetted, reliable, trustworthy and disciplined personnel are accepted to serve the company.
