• As a basis for recruiting its workforce. TPS gives a higher emphasis to employ ex-security personnel to serve the company. These personnel will from the core group of TPS, providing field leadership, supervision, trainers, wardens and public relation whenever requested.

• However, other able-bodied male and female citizens will also be considered for employment if they are found suitable to serve as our security personnel .Besides the initial security training, this newly recruited workforce will also be given training on fire fighting drills and safety requirement of commercial establishments.

• These categories of training will be conducted on a continuous basis within TPS arrangement. Therefore, in a nutshell, our people should be completely capable of making “the total reliability of security services” a reality, giving full satisfaction to our various clients.

The following items will be personally collectively or issued to security guards:

• Uniform dress complete
• Beret / Head-gears
• Black shoes / black stockings
• Raincoats
• Batons
• Torchlight and batteries
• Note book and pen
• Water filter and coffee mixers

Any other equipment required / necessary such as walkie-talkie, clock watch system, Safety gadgets and bicycle for area patrols
